Rosabeth has been teaching yoga since 2004, has taught over 2500 people yoga, from ages 5 to 85, from all walks of life, and all abilities. She specializes in Accessible Yoga; Yoga for Athletes and Yoga for Every Body, She emphasizes proper form and alignment as well as multiple variations and techniques so that yoga is accessible for everyone!
