Also studied with Swami Veda, Swami Jnaneshvara, and Swami Chandresekharanand, founder of Kundalini Care. The book, Fathers at Birth, written to fathers who plan to attend their baby's birth, is highly recommended by Mothering Magazine,  and is available on Amazon.com. My focus work is on prenatal, birth, and postnatal yoga. I often consult with clients over the phone.  I also deal extensively with mortality issues, (those dealing with chronic illness or chronic pain). I love working with both groups because they are motivated to learn! And, I teach both groups similar practices: alignment; targeted poses to benefit their individual condition;  breath practices (pranayama), relaxation; meditation. I LOVE working with motivated people. And, I love witnessing as people meet their personal goals and begin to experience transformation.
