I am married with 3 children. I hold various certifications in the fitness field. (available upon request) I am the Owner of FundaMental Fitness Inc. and YOGA 4 LIFE in Montvale NJ. I have taught various types of Yoga classes throughout the years. My passion in life is to help people to feel good about themselves. Currently, I Teach at Vision Sports Club and my private Studio.
