With the completion of my 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, I now hold the designation of E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance.
My credentials include: • E-RYT 500 – Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher • Chair Yoga Certification • Gentle Somatic Yoga® – Level 1 Certified • Specialized training in Prana Restorative Yoga, Mudras, Yoga Nidra, and Hot Stone Restorative Yoga I currently teach a heart-centered blend of Restorative, Chair, Meditation, Hatha, and Family Yoga, and continue to deepen my practice through each offering and every student connection. My work also extends into palliative care, where I combine yoga and aromatherapy as a holistic approach to comfort, presence, and emotional care. I remain forever grateful to Diana, who first introduced me to the yogic path in 2018 through Anjeli Yoga. And to my recent mentors Tamara and Rahul Verma, and my Sangha sisters Amanda, Erin, and Stephanie, thank you for walking beside me.
