I have been teaching yoga since I studied in India at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and with TKV Desikachar and his most serious students I teach mainly individuals in Ojai and Santa Barbara CA supporting them with a private practice I was the founder of a yoga teacher training here in Ojai but had to pause when I had my second son I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT and hold a doctoral degree PsyD in Counseling Psychology Yoga remains one of my deep passions and would love to work with you!
