Roxanne Murillo is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS She has been teaching since when her personal practice started to interest her family and friends They asked her to teach them and she accepted the call to be a guide of re-centering for everyones busy life After attaining an online yoga certificate she decided to complete her hour YTT and has enjoyed teaching classes of all levels to membership and private classes Her physical focus is on alignment and using breath to guide an intentional flow allowing for mental and physical release and push through strong flows However her ultimate focus is actually no matter the level of intensity of a class reminding everyone to smile enjoy their practice and be grateful for the movement they made time for that day.
