It worked! Since then, the practice has been one of her greatest allies and a sacred ritual to ground her to the present moment. She loves traveling, hiking, kayaking, camping, swimming, painting, and pottery. Ruby has been an avid writer and reader since early childhood. While working as an elementary school teacher, she had a dream to continue teaching, but from her mat instead of the classroom. The dream came true when she went to Peru and got certified to teach yoga. Ruby has always had a vast curiosity and profound admiration for the beauty of this world. Travel and spending time in nature help her to connect to this childlike wonder and appreciate the sacredness of all life.
