Ruby first discovered power yoga and yoga sculpt in 2011 when she moved to beautiful Old Town Orange.
The constant physical, mental and emotional challenge that power yoga and yoga sculpt required of her is what captivated Ruby to keep going. In 2014 Ruby completed her 200-Hour Power Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga Sculpt Training with Rachel Silverman Yoga School. She is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher. Ruby can officially say that Yoga is her addiction and she wouldn't want it any other way. She is ready to teach you a new awareness of your body, mind and spirit.
