About

I was first introduced to Bhakti Yoga in 1986, after some years of study I continued on my quest for the meaning of life diving deep into many Eastern and Western esoteric and spiritual traditions and there practices.

In 2014 I opened up and started studying the ancient texts of India along with the book The Journey Home, autobiography of and American swami by HH Radhanath Swami. This was the pivotal point in my life reengaging me with Bhakti Yoga practice along with the physical aspect of Yoga. Since then I have dedicated my life to deepening my Yoga practice through training, teaching, researching and formal initiation in Bhakti Yoga tradition known as Gaudiya Math Vaishnavism. I took initiation from His Holiness Radhanath Swami Maharaja on September 12th, 2019. I practice and teach Bhakti Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin and a fusion of gentle flow/Bhakti meditation. Please join me for a soul uplifting experience, reconnecting us to our true purpose and origin.
