Guiding highly productive people to find balance and wellness is my passion.
After working in public relations then as an elementary school teacher, I transferred my teaching and people skills to my passion for yoga, meditation, sound baths and nature. Currently, I teach yoga and wellness Pier to Point Yoga & Spa and at Yoga Arts Studio. I offer biweekly meditative sound baths at Sheraton Hotel & Marina - San Diego. In addition to having over 500 hours of yoga, sound healing & meditation training, I am also a certified nature therapy guide and enjoy combining yoga, meditation and nature therapy to customize wellness experiences for clients. Living in San Diego provides many beautiful locations for this and I also enjoy sharing my gifts at retreat centers around the world. My latest passion is working as a Kundalini Activation facilitator. I am a certified KALI (Kundalini Activation Light Integration). This transformative energy work has changed my life, alowing me to live with more authenticity and purpose. I am thrilled to be able to share KALI with others and help them transform their lives and live lightened and fulfilled. KALI is offered in group or private sessions.
