Ruth Nielson is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Ruth has also completed the Roots Tribe Yoga (RTY) training and is an ambassador for RTY, now BeInnerConnected. Ruth was the former owner of Hummingbird Yoga in Teton Valley, Idaho, now closed permanently due to COVID. Ruth is currently in the final stages of her own Hummingbird Yoga apparel line. Ruth is the author and illustrator of her first in a series of Children's Yoga Books. "I Am Remarkable, A Journey of Self-Discovery" Ruth offers private and semi-private custom yoga classes from her home studio/office in Rexburg, Idaho. She also teaches yoga on a volunteer basis in classrooms in the Madison County School District.
