Saffron M.
Fletcher (RYT 500 and RPYT) is a longtime student of Yoga. She completed her Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga 200 hr Teacher Training in Monterey California at Om Studios with Coral Brown in 2015 and completed her 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training with SoulWork (Passion Yoga School) in 2024. She has also completed training for Prenatal Yoga (2020) and Trauma Informed Yoga Instruction (2021) through Passion Yoga School. Additionaly, she has completed Children's Yoga Training Meditation Certification, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra through SoulWork. Saffron recently retired from the Army after over 21 years of service and moved back to her hometown of Norman, OK where she lives with her husband, daughter, and son. She believes that Yoga should be accessible to everyone and encourages practice that promotes healing and overall well-being. She teaches both private classes and community classes through her local county health department.
