I love yoga for how it brings us into the present moment, building awareness of our physical bodies as well as of our mental and emotional landscapes Whether practicing in community with other yogis or working on our own, we build strength, enhance balance and increase flexibility. I earned my Masters in English from Boise State University teaching as a Teaching Assistant as I went through the program. Whether teaching English Composition Spanish dance or yoga, I have always appreciated finding and encouraging others to find new opportunities for expression I am the mother of two wonderful sons—one a biologist in Seattle and the other an aerospace engineer in Tucson I like to spend time hiking in the foothills digging in my garden playing with my cat and reading I offer group and private instruction
