Yoga has been an integral part of my life since childhood, deeply rooted in my Indian heritage.
Growing up, I found immense joy and peace in practicing yoga, and over time, it evolved into a way of life for me. Alongside yoga, I have cultivated a deep passion for Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of holistic health, which complements my practice and enriches my understanding of wellness. I refined my skills and understanding in Rishikesh, India—the birthplace of yoga. Today, as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I am passionate about sharing my roots, the wisdom of yoga, and Ayurveda with others. My goal is to help students find balance, mindfulness, and connection to their inner selves through authentic and holistic practices, blending tradition with modern insights.
