I teach yoga through energy, I help guide each student through their own flow letting them build, release and move energy fluidly. I currently teach yoga flow and power yoga classes. Raising the vibration of my class so each student has the opportunity to cut ties and let go of what does not serve them to be able to walk in their power at their vibration through love and light.
