Samantha Diver

Our a one-of-a-kind program that combines nature walks, themed yoga and mindfulness activities to improve self-esteem, self-regulation, connection, and executive functioning skills. Check out our Children’s Program at Kripalu June 25-June 30. Registration is open. In addition to being a yoga teacher, Samantha Diver has been an outstanding leader in the field of education. Most recently she served as the interim head of school at The Pilot School where she created a safe and vibrant learning environment for students and faculty. Samantha has been a classroom teacher, a reading specialist, a math specialist and an executive functioning skills coach. She has incorporated social emotional learning through mindfulness into all areas of her curriculums. Teaching mindfulness has improved her connection with students and improved students’ emotional regulation, focus, and engagement. Samantha is certified through Breathe for Change, Yoga Ed Professional Institute I; Foundations of Teaching Children's Yoga at Kripalu; Kula for Karma - Advanced training for Mental Health: Trauma and Addiction and Mindful Schools, Samantha Diver / Mindful Learning is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
