Hello! My name is Sam and Im a registered yoga teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance I started my journey with yoga many years ago but didnt become a serious practitioner until the COVID- pandemic kept me at home and I decided to get my certification which Id thought about for years I had just become a mother and was suffering from PPD; I needed a way to reconnect with my body after birth as well as connect with my baby That started my adventure into becoming a -hour RYT followed by my prenatal certification RPYT In addition to being a yoga teacher I am also an elementary school teacher a craft blogger and a hypnobirthing educator Its funny where life takes you - when I began my psychology degree in college back in I never considered I would end up teaching pregnant women OR elementary kids But I followed my passion for mental health and it ultimately led me to children and then to alternative medicine in the form of yoga and hypnosis Visit my website for more information on yoga classes whether youre interested in prenatal postnatal recovery mom and baby or standard yoga classes Ive got something for everyone!.
