Fifteen years ago I walked into a yoga class and experienced feeling at home in my body for the first time After entering law school in and experiencing the stress that came along with it; I desired to share the joy and ease yoga brought into my life with those around me I earned my RYT and CYT in and have been teaching ever since! Students can expect to flow through creative sequencing that emphasizes breath work alignment meditation and yoga philosophy My goal is to help students develop a mind body and spirit connection that they can carry beyond the mat into their daily lives Additionally I specialize in adaptive yoga and yoga for amputees If you are dealing with injury; limb loss/difference; or limited mobility I would love to assist you in developing or deepening your yoga practice Further certifications include Ashtanga and Childrens Yoga.
