Sammy Stone

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Continuing Education (CE) in Postnatal Yoga. My heart's intention is to build connection and community by offering inclusive, soul-filled yoga classes. I am a practicing Christian, mystic, a wife, and a mama. It is a HUGE honour for me to guide others in their personal practice, so I prepare each class prayerfully and am committed to my own learning and growth. I have a deep respect for my Teachers, my lineage, the tradition & roots of yoga - and am excited to contribute to yoga in the 21st century!
