Sandra Burgner is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She has completed a 35 hour specialty course in "Yoga for Breast Cancer Recovery" with Exclusive Yoga in Waltham, MA. She and Marsha Mobley Kilian have worked with breast cancer survivors at a cancer wellness center and privately in their home studios. Their breast cancer program is called "Yoga for Living" and offers a comprehensive restorative approach to recovery. They have also volunteered their time to develop a yoga program for the Women's Center at the VA Center at Mather Field, Sacramento, CA. Sandra currently teaches Chair Yoga at Bridge Yoga, 3587 Taylor Road, Loomis, CA 95658, and offers a variety of private sessions in her home studio in Rocklin, CA. Sandra has recently attended a Teacher Training seminar for Yoga Nidra and practiced the technique with several of her clients.
