Please visit my website wwwsandynaimoucom for information on my workplace classes private classes and other offerings When I was introduced to yoga in my life began to change  My body became stronger and felt lighter  Having a weak back and abdomen no longer my posture was transformed and I found a way to calming my nerves and increasing my focus that aided me especially when taking exams and speaking in front of class  I began with Kundalini yoga and over time practiced different forms of Hatha yoga through books DVDs and classes  In after a sad personal loss it was yoga that brought an even deeper change to my life as I reached further into a spiritual world that I never thought I would seek out  I began to understand and practice yoga as a coping strategy for my loss  Believing the practice of yoga so strongly as both a physical and spiritual practice that connects mind and body Ive come to understand that yoga is the medium through which I can help others in their own processes in dealing with the many challenges of life that we are bound to face I aim to help others feel comfortable within their bodies as they link movement with deep breathing see physical results with a consistent practice and reach a calm and focused state that rises above life challenges Knowing that "the best way to learn is to teach" everyday I deepen my own life long practice as I help others do the same.
