About
Sandy Raper is a YA/E-RYT 500 and creator of a YA/RYS, Sandy Raper Yoga.
A student of yoga for 18 years, Sandy began teaching yoga in early 2003. Sandy’s passion to teach comes from a deep desire to serve and share the gift of the practice with as many students as she can. Sandy completed 200 & 300 hour YTT certifications with Rolf Gates and another 300 hour certification with Tiffany Cruikshank's YM program. Sandy offers a 200 & 300 training program along with a Teacher Development program for yoga teachers to expand and refine their teaching skills. Along with workshops, Sandy teaches weekly "Functional Flow" yoga classes that blend the exploration of functional movement patterns with yoga asana flow sequences. Sandy desires to make her classes accessible to as many people as possible by teaching a subtle, yet powerful, vinyasa flow style. Incorporating alignment principles, as well as, muscular and organic energetics within her teaching allows for success within her students...which is her main goal!
