Yoga became a steady anchor in my life after I said “yes” to a weekend of hot power yoga classes in 2019.
What began as just a great workout opened the door to a journey of healing, presence, and coming home to myself that has completely transformed my life. I am deeply grateful for the gifts yoga has given me, as both a forever student and as a teacher, and am honored to hold space for others to discover their own gifts on the mat.As of February 2026, I am an E-RYT 200 and have taught over 1,100 classes since May 2021. Much of my continued education focuses on psychology and making sense of the human experience, which I enjoy weaving into classes. I offer breath-focused classes that blend mindful movement with inner awareness, creating a supportive environment for the mind and body to settle into their natural state of balance.If you feel called to explore, I invite you to approach the practice with curiosity and an open mind, and to join me on the mat sometime.
