After + years as a student of a variety of yoga “flavors” I completed my RYT- teacher training with Breathe for Change and organization dedicated to bringing yoga and mindfulness into classrooms by focusing on asana sequences and socio-emotional practices specifically geared towards educators I teach English and Social Studies at the middle school level just outside Boston and am working on completing my RCYT- credential My particular yoga niche is restorative yoga for the holistic athlete.
