Sara Hummel is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) Sara found yoga through a community education class in the early 2000s.
What was once mysterious suddenly became accessible and she’s been practicing ever since. The physical benefits of the asanas; the mental clarity of the pranayama; the soul-filling nourishment of sangha – all of it just makes sense. After years of considering it, Sara finally decided it was time to take the next step in her yoga journey and enrolled in the Green Lotus Teacher Training Program in Lakeville, MN and received her RYT-200 in June of 2024. Since finishing her RYT, Sara has also completed Continuing Education courses in Assisting and Adjusting, Vinyasa Flow and Yoga for Mental Wellness. Sara fervently believes that yoga is for everyone and she is honored to be able to share that with her students.She teaches an all-levels Vinyasa on Tuesday evenings at Green Lotus in Mendota Heights, MN.
