Her path leading to this now moment, a common story of a sparked awakening while inside the dark abyss. For Sara, the ignitor was a shocking cancer diagnosis at the age of 30. Although trained and practicing in the field of psychology, armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical/Community Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Organizational Psychology, Sara could not fully navigate her way out of the density of this drastic pivot. So she started to seek. Sara explored a myriad of healing modalities to lift her spirit including meditation, sound, and breathwork then dove deeper into medicinal mushrooms, kambo, and ayahuasca. She also enrolled in programs and certifications in Gems of Excellence, Intuitive Intelligence Academy, Intuitive Healing, Light Code Activations, Yoga Teacher Training, and Usui Reiki. It was here in this season of expanded understanding and deep embodiment of what is possible that Sara returned herself to the light; to the remembering of her I AM PRESENCE. And from this space, nourished with gratitude and fueled by honor and reverence for the mystical human experience and the power Consciousness holds, Sara serves her medicine as a spiritual counselor, energy alchemist, and facilitator of cacao and mushroom ceremony.
