Sara Marcy is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.When Sara first began practicing yoga it was solely a physical practice for her.
That changed very quickly after studying the 8 limbs and learning that Yoga was so much more than just an asana practice. She started diving deeper inward and found healing within movement, breathwork, meditation and stillness. Yoga has become a lifestyle for Sara both on and off the mat and she is grateful to share this with her community!
