Sara Ukeiley started practicing yoga in 2001 and fell in love with it.
In 2005 she began teaching yoga after completing an initial teacher training and went on to complete her RYT 200 a few years later. She teaches her vinyasa style classes mainly at fitness centers, making yoga accessible to everybody.
