I'm Sara Weirich (y-rick), a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).***Certified in Restorative Yoga through Yoga Renew.I currently teach at a few locations in Canton, OH: The Yoga Place, Powerhouse Gym, as well as at Malone University (while students are in session).

I have also held mini yoga sessions for Nurse Appreciation week at the Cleveland Clinic Akron General Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center in Fairlawn, OH.I love teaching yoga in studio, business setting, at the beach or park, and even at my home, Wild Maple. Even while on vacation I love to offer classes. It is my heart's desire to help people through movement and breath-work.The importance of clean living and eating leads me to spend time in my garden and ever-growing food forest. I love making kombucha, water kefir and living life to the full!
