Sarah trained through Hot Yoga Experience (HYE) in Issaquah, WA. Prior to becoming a certified yoga instructor in June, 2024, Sarah was a practitioner for 20 years (and still is). She is passionate about the healing effects of yoga on the mind, body and spirit and about sharing a practice with others that brings increased focus, meaning and well-being to all aspects of her life.
