To diversify her workout regimen, Sarah first found yoga back in 2005.
Over the years, she has come to cherish the spiritual side of yoga, and its power to quiet the mind and encourage living in the present. A natural teacher, Sarah holds an M.Ed. in education and draws great personal satisfaction from teaching others. Her classes typically balance vigorous vinyasa with mindful slow flow. She also teaches gentle yoga. Sarah is RYT 200 Fluid Yoga certified, and studied under the direction of Kevan Gale. Off the mat, Sarah enjoys international travel and Asian studies. She lives with her husband and her Greater Swiss Mountain Dog in Dover, MA.
