With over 15 years of experience in therapeutic yoga, Sarah specializes in creating evidence-based programs that support individuals with complex physical and psychological conditions, including chronic pain, PTSD, TBI, anxiety, and addiction. She has worked closely with physicians, researchers, and rehabilitation specialists to develop clinically integrated protocols, and has led initiatives with the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, and VA hospitals. Sarah is also passionate about training the next generation of yoga therapists through the YogaMedics Certification Program, which combines compassionate care with clinical precision. Driven by a deep belief in the healing potential of yoga, Sarah continues to innovate at the intersection of science and self-care — empowering clients, providers, and communities to heal and thrive.
