Sarah Casperson, has been practicing yoga since 2001, when she and her mother started their lifelong journey of bonding and bending! She is a 200 hour E-RYT through Yoga Alliance from Native Yoga in Juno, Florida.
She is certified in Cosmic Kids Yoga since 2016. She is an Air Force Veteran and a Mindful Resilience yoga instructor with the Veterans Yoga Project, and always looking for ways to give back to the veteran community. She has also completed the AFAA Practical Pilates course, the Barre Intensity Instructor course, the AFPA Cycle Instruction course, and the ACE Group Fitness Instructor course. Her true passion in fitness is to create an environment for children and parents to enjoy Fitness and bond simultaneously. She has been working with children and in fitness since she was a teenager. She currently coaches kids sports, Substitute teaches, and teaches kids and family yoga anywhere she can! Yoga has changed her mother, herself, and her son’s life in a positive way and she hopes to share that with everyone!
