Sarah first began her personal experiences with Yoga in 2000 and realized how much it balanced her state of mind and emotions.
So she decided to deepen her knowledge and spread her spiritual teachings with the community around her. Sarah completed her first Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with Mandy Grant at Juluka Yoga, who inspired her to continue to study Yoga for the rest of her life. Sarah also studied with Jimmy Barkan, creator of the Barkan method; John Surie, creator of FireShaper; and completed the LifePower Yoga teacher training created by Johnny Kest. As Sarah's Yoga practice evolved, she chose to take her advanced Yoga teacher training with Raji Thron at Yoga Synthesis where she was able to dive deeper into the many different styles of Yoga including Structural Yoga, Viniyoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and pre-natal Yoga. Studing Iyengar Yoga with Sharon Cotugno, Sarah learned improved alignment skills in Yoga poses, and gained a deep understanding of anatomy. In addition, after 9 years of intense inner and outer of personal transformation, awakening, growing, transcending, studies, practice, taking action, and letting go many people, places, and things was certified as: A Traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Holistic Life Coach, and an Advanced Yoga Teacher. Now, Sarah's goal is to use Yoga, Reiki, and Holistic Life Coaching to help you find a balance between your mind, spirit, and body - just as she did.
