I am a Reiki Master, certified in Reiki, the Usui System of Natural Healing, I am also a 200hr (YA RYT) Yoga Instructor, and a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator and trained in instruction and practice in guided meditation, pranayama and yogic philosophy…with The Amrit Institute.
I also trained in Craniosacral therapy with the CST Alliance and as a stretch coach in science of Stretching with Yoga Body. I am certified in Vagus Nerve Rejuvenation, and as an Ayurvedic Massage and Bodywork specialist. From the learning of all these modalities, I developed and integrated my knowledge into my own practice. I truly believe that all knowledge is valuable when transmuted into wisdom. I love learning, and hope to never stop even though I know that all knowledge lead to ONE.
