I'm a motivated yoga teacher and physical therapist (DPT) focused in pelvic floor PT with a particular interest in the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
I have experience in teaching vinyasa, hot yoga, power vinyasa, restorative, yin, gentle, and beginner level yoga classes. I completed my pre and post-pregnancy yoga training with Mind the Mat in Alexandria VA in 2020 and started teaching classes for pre and post-pregnancy in Summer 2020. I work to inspire others to commit to a practice in improving health and wellbeing, on and off the mat. Collaborative, focused, and interested in encouraging others to meet their own fitness goals. Sarah Edmiston is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
