I started seriously practicing Yoga in 2007 after attending a weight lifting class that left me so sore that I could barely move! I thought I would go to the Yoga class to try and "stretch it out".
The first class had me hooked and I soon found myself attending class at least 3 times a week from then on, if I missed a class I felt so unbalanced. Once I found my own mind/body awareness I knew it was a gift that I must share with others. I enjoy teaching a variety of classes that range from a fast paced flow class to chair yoga. I love to explore different styles of yoga so that I can share the benefits with my participants.
