Sarah Gage is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a E-RYT which means that they completed their yoga teacher training at an active RYS Sarah Gage is a multi-disciplinary yoga instructor  She has completed three hour teacher certifications She has continued her training with certifications in prenatal yoga yoga for athletes and rehabilitation and Somayog   Sarahs personal yoga journey began in her hometown of London Ontario when her desire to relieve migraines and back and joint pain led her to her first yoga class  As a former gymnast and cheerleader she experienced aches and pains from years of training and competition  Yoga helped her relieve some of that discomfort and better balance her strength and mobility  The transformative experience of her yoga practice led her to pursue a career change and advanced her training to become a full time yoga instructor   Sarah completed her first hour Hatha based teacher training with Colin Matthews at Kula Yoga in Oakville Ontario Canada in   She studied power vinyasa yoga with Baron Baptiste beginning in and was certified as a Baptiste Yoga instructor in   In she completed YogaWorks hour teacher training in Vinyasa  Her yoga teaching is rooted in a power vinyasa style At the same time her teachings weave in the complimentary energy and balance of Hatha Yin and Restorative practices  Now based in Beaverton Oregon Sarah teaches yoga to private and group clients online and in-person.
