I first found Yoga in in my hometown of Walla Walla through Revolver Yoga Since then my practice has expanded from coast to coast from Virginia to Washington trained in Omaha NE and back to Walla Walla! Long time practice not much of a "teacher" Like to keep this thing renewed depending ; - Hr RYT through Pranam Yoga Shala finished under the instruction of Libba Harmon - Hr RYT through Power Life Omaha Yes two hours! in program guided by Kirk Lautensleger - Registered with the Yoga Alliance in - Hr RYT through Power Life Omaha in July program guided by Kirk Lautensleger Hope to meet you on your mat and flow!!.
