About
After practicing yoga for many years, Sarah Grow realized that teaching yoga is what she wanted to do with the rest of her life! She sees yoga as a way to unite mind, body and spirit in order to open ourselves to connect with God and with one another.
She draws on her background in international education and development to make yoga accessible, especially in immigrant communities and among people struggling with trauma, eating disorders, and addiction. She has studied hatha yoga with Lucinda Pepper and completed her 200 hour teacher training with Radiant Life Yoga in Minneapolis. She has completed additional training in trauma-informed yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, somatic movement, and the intersections between faith traditions and yoga philosophy. When she is not on her yoga mat, Sarah enjoys being with her family, fostering rescue dogs, and going for hikes in Minnesota's beautiful state parks.
