About
Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2004.
She started practicing in 1995 to address chronic low back pain. She studied at Integral Yoga in New York City and The Center for Yoga in Los Angeles, with a wide range of studios and workshops in between. Sarah completed her teacher training in 2003 at The Center For Yoga with Diana Beardsley, with whom she apprenticed and studied Anusara yoga. She has been teaching alignment-based yoga ever since. Her classes create space in the body and the mind, emphasizing the breath and alignment, while challenging students to tune in to every corner of their body – and have fun at the same time. In addition, Sarah has been studying and teaching prenatal yoga since in 2005. She completed her specialty prenatal yoga teacher training at Silver Lake Yoga in Los Angeles in 2007.
