Sarah’s yoga training is in the classic Krishnamacharya lineage.
She received her 200 HR and 500 HR RYT certification through Shanti Yoga Training School under the mentorship of Nathalie Croix. She teaches hot and warm vinyasa flow classes at LoveMore Hot Yoga in Covington, LA. Her main goal through her teaching is to make yoga available to everyone by encouraging students to challenge themselves while inspiring confidence in those intimidated by yoga. She shows students how to modify poses to absorb the benefits of yoga and instill confidence in their practice, no matter who they are or level of ability.
