In my full-time work of digital marketing I know how on-the-go life can be Trust me I know whats its like to juggle multiple devices run to meetings and overall feel like life is just hitting you in the face Its not a fun place to be And for me yoga was a way for me to find freedom As a practitioner yoga has allowed me to find areas where I can take or release control of the day-to-day reality we live in And over time I am learning how to handle the insanity of life with just a bit more grace and awareness As a teacher I love watching students learn how the difference can be made with little modifications and increased awareness More than anything it is a delight to help my students find gratitude and joy in every day life Are you looking for a yoga teacher in the Columbus Ohio area?
