Sarah Lively is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Upon retiring from the US Air Force after 20+ years of honorable service, she felt called to pursue her yoga teacher certification with the hopes of bringing yoga to fellow veterans, their caregivers and community. Though she has been practicing yoga for over 25 years, teacher training set her on a path of deeper exploration and self-discovery. Sarah's educational background includes a BA in Biology, a Graduate Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine, and an MS in Integrative Health and Wellness. She is currently a doctoral candidate (ABD) at Concordia University, St. Paul, researching the effects of yoga on the self-efficacy of veterans with chronic pain. Born and raised in the Southwest, Sarah currently resides in the Midwest with her family. She is passionate about people and firmly believes health is our greatest wealth.
