Sarah Marsh is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher RPYT with Yoga Alliance and Director of FlorYoga which is a Yoga Alliance accredited School RYS as well as Direcotr of FlorYogas Prenatal Yoga -hour Yoga Alliance accredited school RPYS  Sarah has over years of Yoga teaching experience and has completed several Yoga teacher trainings and intensives Sarah is certified to teach Kripalu Yoga Bikram Yoga Anusara-style Yoga Vinyasa Yoga Gentle Yoga Private Pre and postnatal Yoga She has been practicing some type of yoga from an early age starting with dance and gymnastics and movement classes Sarah is also a musician and a mom Her passion for yoga is unending and just as enormous as the day she started Sarahs mentors include Baron Baptiste Bikram Choudhury Richard Freeman Deb Flashenberg Sandra Sommerfield-Kozak Leslie Kaminoff and many other wonderful local teachers in the tri-state area Sarah ran Yoga Connection Tribeca with her good friend and Yoga mentor Marilyn Barnett for years During that time they worked with many high profile clients in New York City--actors models and elite athletes including the New York Giants Football team Sony Music Entertainment The US Junior Ice-Skating Olympic Team NBA players and the Design team at Kenneth Cole Sarah now runs her company FlorYoga in Jersey City specializing in on-site yoga private and semi-private yoga  Sarah is thrilled to be joining the Powerflow School of Yoga as Senior Director of Jersey Citys -hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training starting in Fall You can contact Sarah at YOGA.
