About
Sarah McEntee, E-RYT 200, YACEP, YFFR, Reiki I/II Sarah discovered the joys and benefits of yoga later in life, when she was seeking relief from the chronic aches associated with her years of working as a paramedic.
After years of developing her own personal practice, in 2018 Sarah completed her initial 200 hours of yoga instructor training in Amherst NH. in 2019 completed the Josh Summers Yin Yoga instructor training in Milton, MA, and the Yoga for First Responders instructor training in Seattle, WA, to incorporate the benefits of yoga into first responder wellness and tactical preparedness programs. In 2023 Sarah received her USUI/Holy Fire III Reiki I&II attunement. Sarah enjoys teaching Yin yoga, Iygengar/hatha yoga, and gentle/slow flow yoga all with an emphasis on functional vs. aesthetic alignment, breath/body integration and mindfulness. She encourages students to recognize and honor their uniqueness in body and mind as they travel their individual yoga journey.
