The studio's style is described as Vinyasa Krama, a "careful stepping" of vinyasa flows. I hope to continue to learn different approaches to asana practice, as well as deepen my understanding of yoga's many expressions. (I also teach like a goofball, and am always here for a good time!)"A yoga teacher is like a bucket that carries life-giving water.
