Sarah is very in tuned to the spirituality of Yoga and brings forth wisdom from the Yoga Sutra in each of her classes. Sarah in the beginning stages of opening her own studio in Port Huron, Mi; The Yoga Room. Her new studio will focus on Yogic for mental illness, classes that cater to non traditional students , and discounts for economically challenged students. She will also offer beginning classes, classes for men and artflow Yoga. Sarah has been practicing physically for 20 years and spiritually for the last 5 years. Sarah knows her calling is teaching Yoga,especially to those that have suffered and survived through mental illness.
