In 2013, a friend suggested trying hot yoga as a way to complement her marathon training, and Sarah didn’t know what to expect… After her first class, she was certain she had found something special! Upon moving to the Lincoln Park neighborhood, she discovered 105F, and immediately found the community that she wanted to be a part of.
After the life-changing event of losing her mother, she needed to heal, and yoga was the gateway to finding happiness and peace. She decided to take the leap and commit to the 105F Teacher Training in 2023 in Bali, Indonesia. She officially began teaching at 105F in April 2023 with a dedication to sharing her love of the practice with students like herself — those searching for a deeper understanding of yoga, meditation and an overall healthier, happier lifestyle.
