About
Sari Stenfors, PhD – Yoga & Mindfulness for a Hopeful Life I first stepped onto the yoga mat at 12 years old, drawn to finding cure for my rheumatoid arthritis.
The quiet power of yogic lifestyle, meditation and breath helped me not only with my autoimmune disease but also to find everyday solutions to live with ADHD. Decades later, that journey has taken me across disciplines—from Raja and Ashtanga to Hatha yoga and to deep explorations of mindfulness, vipassana meditation, and the science of human behavior. With a PhD in Economics and Organizational Behavior, I thrive on bridging ancient wisdom with modern insights to help people navigate life’s transitions with hope and connections to others and nature. For me, yoga is not just an asana practice—it’s a way of seeing oneself clearly and stepping into life with purpose. My teaching goes beyond the physical, offering practical tools for students to cultivate inner strength, clarity, and a deep sense of self. In a world of uncertainty, I believe yoga and mindfulness hold the key to restoring balance, connection, and a hopeful future. My mission is to help each person find their own way—one breath, one movement, one moment at a time.
